One more happy client for Fred. He was very friendly and we never felt pressured to buy. We saw the car and he offered us to test drive it. We liked the car, then we discussed the terms. It came with only one key fob but Fred offered I would get one more key fob on Monday. I was hesitant, but decided to trust him. The price was good and the car was in a really good shape so we closed the deal and on Monday I got my second key fob as promised. We even had fun chatting with his mobile ICBC representative on that Saturday afternoon. We love our new car and would totally recommend this dealer. Thank you Fred!!

Just bought a 2003 Grand Cherokee, i looked at many of them and always disappointed. Went to Shorline and met Fred and Freds was exactly like the photos, was actually better than i expected . All paper work was there, fully saftey inspected very clean and service was excellent. Thanks Fred!

Due to a F150 truck backing into my MATRIX and subsequent write off decision by ICBC, I now needed to find a replacement car. This was the very LAST thing I wanted to do and was stressed about the process. I spent over a week researching many websites, creating spreadsheets and searching customers reviews. Then I found Fred! I was apprehensive upon arrival as signage was not clear but Fred was quick on the phone and greeted me right away. Within minutes I felt at ease, Fred provided exemplary service, supporting paperwork, negotiated with me a good price and offered to return my 'write off' car to ICBC.
