Recently purchased a used vehicle from Tricity Mitsubishi .It was a great experience! Eddy is the gentleman I got the pleasure of working with . Eddy is sincere , helpful, patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He explained everything thoroughly, no high pressure sales tactics. I also had the pleasure of working with Sara in the finance department. Sara explained everything clearly, went through options available to me, patiently answered all of my questions. She made sure I understood everything and picked the best option for me. I also met the Sales Manager Ray, another very friendly person! The best experience I've had buying a vehicle thanks to Eddy , Sara and Ray

I’ve been looking for help in financing a car for so many months and I haven’t received such informative help from anywhere else from this branch. Mateo informed me about all the different benefits and promotions they were having. Definitely will be coming here again for the future when I have any questions. I went to 3 different dealerships before i came to Mitsubishi. I wasn't treated with respect or seriously because I'm young. But when i came to look around the lot at Mitsubishi i was approached by a young man named Jake and he was the most genuine salesman I've came across and he's helping me find the right car that will suit me and what I'm looking for. so far my experience with tricity Mitsubishi has been amazing. i recommend everyone to go see Jake if you end up looking for a car at Mitsubishi.

I went in a couple days ago and received help from Mateo. I haven’t been to a place where they welcomed you with such kind gestures. I needed help looking for a car and he went through the trouble of showing me the different cars with all the different features of them as well. I didn’t feel pressured at all in buying a car on that day and welcomed me to come in multiple times, offering to help me on my future visits as well. I’ve visited multiple times but he didn’t seem frustrated that I didn’t buy a car yet (unlike other car dealerships...)
