When it was time for a new car, I was dreading the car dealership experience. One call to this JP Subaru changed my mind. Jerry helped me find my perfect new-to-me car, all within my budget and no upselling. After originally checking out other car models we decided to check out a Subaru. Glad we did. Our experience at Pattison Subaru Coquitlam was really quite relaxing. Zachary Fisher was very accommodating and took the time to ensure that we got just the vehicle that most suited our needs. Having always purchased vehicles privately, this was our first experience using the services of a dealership. We were greeted by Zack and right away felt comfortable talking with him. What great customer service this young man offers. He's respectful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly and as we were just looking that day, he offered to keep in touch to help with finding us the right vehicle. Even my sceptical husband was very impressed that Zach did call us and that's what got us back a few weeks later (even though we were not in a big rush to purchase). After deciding on a 2018 Outback, Ian, Cam and Lindsay took care of us with patience, humour and transparency to complete the purchase experience. JP Subaru has done nothing but gone above and beyond for me. I have had some unfortunate car problems (no responsibility of JP Subaru). They have given me great advice and taken a lot of time both in helping me purchase new cars and dealing with my old one. Ian has been incredibly helpful and patient through the whole process while being very clear and Kenny Ng had me and my wife in stitches while we dealt with boring but necessary paperwork and was also very informative. Glenn and his tech's/mechanics have been so helpful with advice and quotes. My absolute advice: Subaru car's are worth the money and this dealership will help you and treat you right!
