I had recent dealings with both Daniel Kim in Parts, and Trevor in Sales, and they were both excellent to work with. I had to sort out a snow tire issue for our new Rav 4, and Daniel was very efficient and helpful. From the sale of the car to dealing with parts, both Daniel and Trevor were tremendously knowledgeable, very professional, and really ensured the customer was taken care of in every way they could help. With all interactions, I have felt very respected. I am very thankful to be involved with this dealership and will continue to service our car here, as well as recommend it to others. If you have a Toyota, I definitely recommend you work with OpenRoad Port Moody.

Even though I live in Vancouver, I'm willing to make the drive here for servicing -- just make sure you ask for Ken. Friendly, knowledgeable, makes you feel like home. Had to replace rubber seal for the driver side, still covered by warranty. Love the way they sanitize the interior too, given the situation these days. Bonus is their waiting room area, it's spacious, free wifi, well-lit.
