Prior to walking in for the service, I called in to book an appointment, the call centre representative, Julian was super helpful, and quickly let me know when the available time sorts are during the week for service. He provided great answers to the general questions I had regarding each part of the service. He also help me find the best possible time slot that would fit my schedule. I walked in today to get my lexus car serviced, having a hectic schedule today. Ms. Aliya Bedejim understood my needs perfectly and assisted with everything that I need done for the car. Her customer service was up and beyond as a service advisor, making sure I have the necessary things completed to insure my lexus was in tip top shape. I also notice another service advisor Mr Duncan Tseng, who was helped clarify some small details with other customer. But even offered me an orange juice which I thought was super kind since I wasn't being helped by him. Overall, I had a great time bringing my car to get it service at Openroad Lexus Port Moody. Amazing staff, and the customer service was on point. I would recommend other lexus owners to get their cars serviced here.

excellent service department; not sure for sales. Mr. Fan, Edward is by far the best service advisor I've seen across metro Vancouver Lexus dealers. I attended few Lexus for service within metro Vancouver just to get an idea on how service advisors can actually influence customer's decision in servicing their vehicles at certain location. All Lexus provide the same product and repair procedure according to their TIS, but not the same service. I had a used Lexus with some dash misalignment problem. (within 4 yr Lexus warranty). Went to few places, got denied to solve this issue since the car wasn't bought from them. However, Edward was the only person that could help me check its service history. (Another Lexus service re-assembled the dash, and mounted it back misaligned). Therefore, he's able to schedule me in for a free installation. Thank you Edward!

Never come to this dealer! My wife took her RX350 here to get a new key programmed and they told her that it would require a new computer for the new keys to work, Being a mechanic I called them out on their BS but was told again that unless I paid an extra $1500 for a new computer that they couldn't program the new keys. Furious I went to the Richmond Lexus dealer and they were able to program the new key for less than $100!!! This place is filled with con artists that only want to rip you off and take your money.. If you want someone to treat you properly go to Richmond Lexus!
