Had a very pleasant experience there recently with the insurance advisor Waine and his associate. He explained things clearly and in a friendly, warm manner. Lots of COVID precautions in place, such as sanitizer and plexiglas barriers. The overall atmosphere was relaxed. Recommended for anyone looking for insurance. Conveniently located in the mall.

Terrible costumer service, the lady who spoke to my mother and I was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a question she just stared me down and didn't say anything. She was also demanding in the way she spoke and answered my other questions very harshly. Clearly lacking training or not fit for a profession where costumer service is crucial. I do not recommend this location at all. The younger girl that helped me renew my insurance was okay though, but the older lady who was terribly impolite absolutely ruined the experience. I have no idea how they have hired someone like her to work there! As someone who has worked in costumer service roles in the past I can tell that she was very unprofessional at her job. I hope they can provide her with better training.
