Terrible customer service after dealing with this company for 25 years, they would not help a disabled pensioner cancel their existing policy and obtain a new one. Insisted that I come to their office during the pandemic instead of them coming to me, which they had done for 25 years.

The people here are an absolute treat to work with. Not only was it easy, but it was the first time I felt comfortable dealing with insurance paperwork. There was not a shiver of doubt with their professionalism.
