Service in general is neither good nor awful - insurance is insurance, I figure - but I have at least appreciated their convenient hours until recently when I was very annoyed to have the same frustrating experience as others. They were supposed to be open on a Sunday, the Open sign was lit up, but it was locked and dark. Come on guys, it is indeed "not rocket science" as another reviewer mentioned - BEING THERE is quite literally the least you could do.

This place called ICBC after I explaining a fender bender and got my 40% discount back due to the fact that the collision was not expensive enough to justify the huge hike in my insurance. ICBC rips thousands of by doing this after much reading on line from individuals. If you get in a small accident get the insurance place to call ICBC to confirm if the additional rate hike is legit next time you pay for insurance. I waited 20 minutes and saved 650$

I hate when a place says theyre open at 11 on Sundays, and im there at 11:10 and the place is locked up with noone in sight. Same thing happened to my husband. Extremely unprofessional.
