Suter Brook Insurance has been taking care of my car and home insurance needs for the past few years. Carol and her team have always been professional, efficient, and go out of their way to find the best pricing while ensuring that I have the coverage that I need. As we navigate through the Covid19 crisis, the way we do business has changed. Carol has gone above and beyond to give the best possible service and was very responsive and a delight to interact with. I have always felt that I was in good hands. In these unprecedented times she has been able to adapt to the benefit of her clients. Impressed!

Never have I wrote a comment nor rated a business 1 star before but I am because of Grace Karaba, the insurance broker who was helping me. I have never met anyone who has shown more poor customer services skills ever. Given her age, I thought she would be a professional. I arrived at 6:45pm hoping to get insurance for my vehicle, I asked about the rates and different packages that would be under my coverage, after little explaining she told me "You're going to really keep me here till 730?" She started rushing and being extremely rude as I was keeping her late past her shift, all I wanted was more information on my packages, I felt so disrespected I told her please just get me "one day insurance permit" so I can ask someone else and go elsewhere as you Grace are a terrible individual who has no people skill. You can tell my frustration through my comment as Grace Karaba is THE worst customer service rep I have ever encountered in my life.
