Ernie’s is by far the most customer service focussed business I have ever encountered, in any industry, period. The story is too long to re-hash here, but needless to say Travis, Alex, Shaun and a couple other your men that work in the hockey/skates department bent over backwards to make things come together for me. They went above and beyond and the result had been that I can finally enjoy skating and playing hockey again. These guys are amazing and I’ll never buy so much as a roll of hockey tape anywhere but from Ernie’s. Gentlemen, very nice work, fantastic and always positive attitudes. My hats off to you.

I was in the store the other day and the staff was very nice but I felt very unsafe, as no Covid-19 protocols were followed. No masks with the exception of a few customers.

I usually purchase my shoes from here as the service has been regularly good. I am very picky when it comes to the choice of shoes as I work 2 jobs and need a particular type to work with both efficiently. The gentleman that helped me last time was patient, and knowledgeable. Very big kudos! Also, thanks to New Balance and Nike for supporting the warranty through the store. My NB's failed (probably because I am hard on shoes), but the process to have them covered and exchanged was simple and I walked out the same day with a replacement pair

Always helpful and friendly staff. To make Ernies better I recommend having more shirts and other tops in XXL. There should also be more selection of larger pants and shorts. As a result of not having the selection I have not purchased any clothes at Ernies. It is not a matter that these sizes won't sell as most of the men's clothing sales are medium and large with the odd XL but I don't see the XXL. Always appreciate Ernies for hockey, bicycles, luggage and other sporting items plus the special sales!
