I've dealt with Arrow for many years. As of recently, I can say that the service has definitely gone downhill. Maybe it's because I'm out of town now. I've been trying to renew my home insurance for 2 weeks. I've had to call several times to follow up on pricing for my home insurance because I can't seem to get a return phone call. There were problems with my current underwriter which has delayed it. I called them again to get a price since the underwriter has their site up and running again. And again I can't even get a call back. I did call Western Financial and they were able to provide me with 4 quotes - 2 of which were better priced than those provided by Arrow. I gave them more than enough chances to resolve this.

Fast friction less transactions. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable, Chris one of there agents is world class!! greets you by name and makes you feel like family but there all great. Every one hates dealing with icbc but Arrow makes it a little less painful

I buy my liability insurance through Arrow Insurance Agency. They do a good job, and the price is fair.

Been a client for home and auto insurance for many years. Going anywhere else in FSJ is a mistake. I can't say enough about the helpful staff and quality of service. Highly recommend them!
