It's hard to say enough good things about Garry and his team! They went above and beyond in providing white glove service to oversee a remote bike purchase through Pinkbike. They provided inspection, tuning, and shipping at an affordable price and were highly communicative and patient as me and the seller completed the transaction. Highly recommend!

Huge fan of this shop. Like the e-bike selection, especially the fat bikes (I bought a Lrg frame Cube). Staff clearly enjoy what they do. Garry runs the shop with customer service in mind. Would recommend for mix of product and their mechanics know what they are doing.

Cam Manson at Cyclepath is a fantastic guy. Very knowledgable with bikes and he was honest and direct with me. I needed direction on a new style of bike and he walked me through many options showing me pro's and con's and allowing me time to make the decision. Even though they are busy with few bikes in inventory he allowed me time and never pressured me. I'm a sales guy and own companies. This is the type of guy I would want working for me. I'm a customer for life.

Just bought a Santa Cruz and am so excited as it was hard to find one in my size in this crazy COVID time. Dan and Stephan were super helpful on-line and on the phone. Cam was especially helpful, answered all my questions and by chance was able to deliver it to me on the coast when he was out. He set me up perfectly and the bike is so sweet. He followed up with a text to make sure everything was working well. Great customer service, exceptional communication and attention to detail.
