Tom was a great help, and pleasant to deal with. Emailed their website with some questions, and heard back within the hour. He only had a display board in the color I wanted and was willing to sell it. When I went to pick it up, Tom had found me one last board in the same color that was new in a warehouse and had it brought in. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I highly recommend this bike shop and Tom - I had purchased an e-bike from another shop in the Okanagan, and wasn't incredibly happy with it, or the service that I had received. I reached out to Tom, who was very helpful, took his time going over all of the details of the bike that best suited me, and held the bike for me while I had to finish quarantine. I'm recommending him to all of my friends and family - you're in great hands with this place! My mom was so impressed with the bike, she's planning on getting one too:)

Tom helped guide me through the product line to show me all the advantages of each model. Picked up a Synergy Kuhuna and I very happy with the product. I'm not going to lie, but I did look around on line for a few different products but I'm really glad I chose to go local.
