I reached out recently via email (I live a couple of hours away) as I was on the hunt for a specific gravel bike. Meshkat took the time to discuss my needs over the phone, make a few suggestions, and set up a time for me with Andrew to come see an in-stock Salsa they had as well as discuss the ability to order something in if that didn't work out. Andrew was friendly and professional and not at all pushy. He took the time to make sure it fit me well, and helped me set it up for the riding I'll be doing. I'd definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for a no-pressure, but highly knowledgeable experience.

What a breath of fresh air Meshkat and his team are . Just great education and service. I wish I had purchased my ebike from him instead of the outfit further up Ellis. I will now be doing all of my servicing and purchasing from him going forward.

Best bike store in Kelowna by far. Service is excellent, and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. So much more helpful and considerate than other stores.
