Quinn in sales was very helpful and awesome to talk with when it came to purchasing my new bike and trainer if you are looking to purchase something from fresh air I recommend speaking with Quinn! I dealt with Cole and Kyle in service and again I received awesome customer service. They were super helpful and knowledgable and they were able to make the bike the right!

I had such a good experience at Fresh Air Kelowna on Groves Avenue today. I was helped by a very friendly lady named Emma. She answered all of my questions and was patient with me despite me having very limited knowledge of bicycles. Emma exceeded my expectations and provided me with above and beyond service. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and she gave me lots of options for what I was looking for. Highly recommend Emma the next time you need help/advice about your bike!

Honestly, always used fresh air for my winter needs and have been happy until recently I was looking to get into mountain biking and was very disappointed with the service. The staff member helping me didn't seem like he wanted to be, after I had finished with my first inquiry I asked to be shown (due to COVID) the bikes and he simply told me he had to help other customers and I didn't get the opportunity. I then walked to Kelowna Cycle and received polar opposite service, the young man was happy to help me and more than helpful showing me bikes they had in stock.

Fresh Air is absolutely the best bike shop!! Marty spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful and informative!! All the staff are amazing! We finally settled on Specialized Como!! We are having lots of fun! Go see Marty and the wonderful staff at Fresh Air for your new adventures!!!
