Indigo

The previous store, chapters, was far superior. Indigo has taken a very strange direction and no longer sells books but sells household supplies, such as pots and pans, quilts, and other random ornaments. They do have a pretty sweet board game section and a very nice kids play place area! Oh wait! I forgot, they actually do sell books here still! The cookbook, self "philosophy", religious and autobiography sections are straight fire!! As for anything else you're outta luck. Good customer service though 🤷‍♂️

Nice store with well stocked assortment of books and many other items. A nice area for kids to look at books and hang out. The staff is always ready to assist and not shy about asking if you need help

I find that Chapter's not allowing people in their store with medical conditions, who cannot wears masks dispicable. Dr. Henry has said children under 12 and those with medical conditions are not forced to wear masks. For Chapters to post a bouncer at their entrance is ridiculous. To say to those with medical conditions to shop online and to not allow them in....I find that discriminating and will avoid shopping there in the future. As a business they have the right to refuse service and we will find other places to shop. I am sure there will be plenty of people happy with Chapters and want to shop there. That is your choice.

The manager Cindy makes people wear masks. But she in fact doesn't wear one. I have her on video with her 10 other managers not wearing a mask. I was listening in the store. She and her staff were talking about customers infront of others. Very unsettling to hear. She coughed all over me , almost close to a spit. Hypocrisy. Very poor customer service

I had not been in the store for a while and was impressed at how many items they sold. Brands and varieties were amazing. However, when I was there last, I entered the store 20 minutes before their closing. I was greeted at the door with sanitizer, but no hello, just "did you know we are closing in 20 minutes". I was also approached a second time 5 minutes later by another employee letting me know that the store was closing in 15 minutes. No one asked if I needed help finding anything, which I never did find what I was looking for; they were just more concerned that I knew the closing time.
