Incredible how many books they've got in their store. Great selection. Great staff. Even convinced me to get a larger amount of gift card for my nephew. Support your local gems, like Ted's.

My favorite used book store by leaps and bounds. Their inventory is best i have seen outside of traveling to a big city. Highly recommend. Very good selection and book condition

Wow. Just wow. My husband brought a few bins of books here a couple of weeks ago to donate and there was a really polite, pleasant lady working at the counter. She thanked my husband for the books and even sent him home with a $30 credit. Fast forward to today. We were doing more purging of our at home library and my husband brought in more than a dozen bags of books to donate. Many very high-quality books, lots of them brand new, some decades old but very charming and extremely hard to come by. Different lady at the counter. Don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but she was unbelievably cold and rude and picked through the bags like she was picking through garbage. Acted like it was a big nuisance to take the donations. No credit or thank you whatsoever. Wish my husband had just taken the bags of books back from her and got the hell out of there. I usually visit this place with my mom a couple of times a month and find the staff helpful and friendly. I spent over $100 there last month on records for my son, planned to do the same again soon and usually drop about $30 on books for myself each time I go. My mum also spends about $40 a month there. Thanks to the bad taste today’s experience left in our mouths, none of us will ever set foot in there again. Thanks mean lady for souring a formerly favorite haunt. You’ve lost customers that have been coming to Ted’s for over 20 years.
