Kelowna BMW

I had been looking for a newer BMW 650i Cabriolet to replace my older 2007. A 2015 poppped up on the Kelowna BMW website so I sent in an email request for more information. I got a very quick response from Josh. He answered all the questions I had about the car. We were able to make a very satisfactory deal for the car over the phone. We drove up from the Lower Mainland to check out the car and close the deal. Josh was easy to work with and very accommodating. He arranged to have the car shipped to us - it all worked seamlessly. I would deal with Kelowna BMW again and would recommend Josh to friends. I had a much better overall experience than I have had at Lower Mainland BMW dealers.

My wife took her X5 35d in for a service and was given a 2020 X5 to drive ( Nick in Service has always been amazing to work with). She was so impressed, she came home and told me about it so we test drove one. It truly is amazing and it seems like a big brother to the previous X5. We dealt with Emman In sales and I cannot speak more highly of him. He took so much time to go over everything and it was a truly a wonderful experience. Gary In finance is always great to deal with. I was so impressed with this new vehicle that I’m considering a switch.

I have been wanting a Mini Countryman from the first time they came out. I was so happy when one came up in the price range I was comfortable with. Morgan and Gerry made it so simple, the service was great and I am loving my new ride. Thank you so much for a positive experience

Went in to look at vehicles and although I have not bought yet, Emman my sales person was very friendly and helped answer all my questions and brought up some things I wasn't even aware of. I would recommend him if your in the market for a New BMW! GREAT SERVICE
