Kelowna Hyundai

I was planning to purchase a new Hyundai Palisade in November. My wife and I checked 5 different Hyundai dealerships and compared purchase options and in stock items. However, my wife and I choose Kelowna Hyundai because there was comfort atmosphere and very helpful. My sales dealer’s name was Sean and I recommend him if someone considers Hyundai brand from Kelowna dealership. Also, his boss Sam kindly double-checked all procedures as well. I am very satisfied with my new Palisade and Hyundai Kelowna. Thanks a lot!!

TJ in the service dept is excellent. He always provides personal service and makes me feel like he truly cares about my car. He is very good about keeping me informed of the status of my car. I’ve noticed significant improvements in the service depth in the last year or so. The shuttle driver Ed is awesome. Prompt, friendly, and he genuinely cares. When he says ‘‘nice to see you again!, I know that he truly means it’

Had s problem with a tire They got me in on a Friday and fixed it within hours at a reasonable price

This is my third vehicle from Hyundai. I have been happy with the customer service on all occasions. I moved into a 2021 Tuscon Ultimate and along with my kids, we are over the moon happy with the style, comfort and stereo system. Tim and the finance team were helpful, friendly and informative.
