Called in today to ask about renewing vehicle insurance. After a call transfer, I eventually went to a voicemail message stating the offices are closed due to the pandemic and to leave a voicemail for a call back as insurance is only being sold over the phone. After not receiving a call all day, I called back to follow up and was transferred to an employee. Unfortunately the employee began the call with a very combative and hostile tone asking me ‘is there really no way you can come in person?’ as her first question. When I explained I was calling back and expecting to purchase over the phone due to the voice message I listened to earlier in the same day she ignored their error and began explaining to me that there are offices all over the city that I could go to for the purchase. I tried to explain the context for why I was calling but had a hard time getting words in as the employee kept cutting me off with more reasons that I was wrong for calling. Overall, it was a really sour, unhelpful, and unnecessary way of treating a customer. I would not recommend these services when ‘there are offices all over the city’ and bet some of the others know to treat their customers respectfully.

Ashley did a great job updating my ICBC and private insurance and then transferring a new vehicle into our name with new plates and she did it accurately and with speed!!

Didn’t seem to understand the laws, said I could not switch park plates to car from a truck. I like to feel like I know less than the person at the counter not more.

Great service here and they are selling good products here. I got content insurance here for almost half the price of what others were selling for the exact same coverages.
