HSBC Bank

I live out of town & only do business occasionally but the staff always recognize me. Thank you. They make recommendations which save me money. The atmosphere is light & airy I think it’s worth waiting 5 mins to get this quality of service.

4 stars only because HSBC in general haven’t been very helpful but this branch was great. Due to past experiences and no longer using them I actually went in to close my account, quick, easy and courteous

Consistently slow service. More than once I’ve walked out after a 10-15 min wait just to make business deposits. Go to the downtown branch or better yet find another bank.

I've had a generally good experience there.

Got best mortgage rate and all the staff members who I interacted with were very professional and prompt.
