I don't know how long I've been a paying client 15+ years.....zero claims. Just bought a new home. About 7 weeks ago (December), I went into their office to get a quote on the new place. Sat in an agent's office answering questions for 15 minutes and then she said she'd email me the quote. Four days later, still no email. So I phoned. Was told it takes time and it's not ready yet. Stated I'd await the email. Two days later, I realized I may have neglected to state that I was looking for replacement insurance, so I jumped on their website and emailed them. It's now the first week of February. I never received an email, a text, or a phone call....Nothing! I moved on and found another insurance company to insure me. Today, I'm trying to phone them and for an hour and a half, I just keep getting a message saying all lines are busy and to call back. No voicemail on your phone system??? Not happy about the service I've received....or rather, NOT received....and now I can't even call to cancel my policy. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOLKS. They're happy to take your money for 15 years, just apparently not happy to actually serve you.
