Amazing customer service! I contacted them about updating my banking information for my auto insurance and a small thing was dropped on their end in the newness of online renewal. However they totally owned up to their mistake and refunded me the error amount without hesitation or questions. John is AMAZING! Thankyou!

Very pleased to deal with Summer Bullock for my insurance needs. Over the top service, made insuring two atv’s and our trailer before the day of our ride! Super helpful, went way out of her way to answer my million questions so I knew what I was getting and made it all happen same day! Absolutely terrible experience. Tried to register a trailer. Was missing a form that was a carbon copy. They couldn’t just photo copy it (even though that is what a carbon copy is). Ok, that’s an ICBC policy, fair enough. I leave the one star review as everyone up to the manager full on didn’t care at all. Didn’t try to help with a solution. Flat out was told ‘well, too bad’. That is the polar opposite of what customer service is supposed to be. Any other business would have made calls, tried to figure out a work around for an internal administrative policy (no legal implications). Even had they tried and failed... they just didn’t try. If they are willing to take any action at all I’d be happy to change the review. Was the worse weather just don’t care’ I’ve experienced ever in a store.
