The office staff is great and very easy to work with. However, Milos, specifically, worked with me to get all my tasks done. He’s very knowledgeable and prompt in every request I had for him, and it was a lot! I don’t need to look for anything else, he’s very well informed and works with me quickly to get in and out. I highly recommend working with their office!

Our agent Milosh is a true professional. He's gone out of his way on several occasions to make sure that we got our papers renewed on time. Especially with the current pandemic - he was able to get us our sticker, renew our plan all over the phone / mail. Not to mention save us $40 a month on our new car. Excellent service - would highly recommend.

I loathe paperwork/bureaucracy. I find the process unintuitive, confusing and extremely frustrating. I had to switch my registration and insurance from AB to BC with a strange and very specifically complicated set of circumstances. Guneet was extremely understanding and competent, making a process I was dreading downright pleasant. She deserves a raise!!! Thank you Guneet!
