I was new to BC and needed to do a few things with my vehicle and i dealt with Katie. could not of got anyone more helpful she walked me through everything and went above and beyond, i will go with them for all insurance needs now. i highly recommend going with them and asking for Katie.

Receptionist was rude on the phone. I was with Coop 5 years in Alberta and was the best service I've had. So I was going to stay with them but she made Coop lose a customer! You need better manner than that when you are a receptionist!!

We decided we needed to move our unlicensed travel trailer in a hurry recently so we called Co-operator's in the morning and received the permit within hours and the move was legal and successful. Good job done.........Ted Hume
