I currently have contents insurance from another company( a certain Canadian bank) and they do not communicate at all. Been with them for years.But now they will not answer their phones and put you on hold for hours. With Capri they answer the phones and communicate effectively.Very nice to deal with and the premiums are cheaper. So I am switching.

Unhappy with my re-insurance experience. When I was here in 2019 i was told I could come back in a few months to have my rate reduced significantly. I come back to renew in 2020 with another year of safe driving and my rates went up?

I had Great Experience at this center. Amolk and Irene Both are really nice ! Excellent customer service ! I got my ICBC insurance as well as private insurance. They explained so nicely ! Thank you to both ! I recommend going to this location !
