Service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and prompt. The shuttle service worked glitch free and my vehicle was sparkling at the end of the day. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Waverley Mitsubishi! Thank you guys.

I really enjoyed the service all of the staff provided, they were all really friendly and I could tell they enjoyed their job! They gave great detail and education towards buying my used car, this was helpful because I have never bought a car from a dealership before. I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for a good deal on a car accompanied by great service and people!

My sister found the car she was looking for here. A used car. Unfortunately she fell in love with it. There's no other way to say it but truthfully the guy we dealt with, shady. Pressure and cornering tactics. I know it's his job, it's how he provides for himself but it made me feel so uncomfortable and I wasn't the one buying the vehicle. When we came back for the second time to make sure she wanted the vehicle he again tried to get us in the office with some other guy after I explained that we did not have the time. The finance guy he gave us to talk to on the first visit came over asked how we were and I explained that I did not have time to see anyone. He said it was fine and said we could go. The salesman threw his hands up in the air and said it was all on him then. Very professional ... So she goes to the bank gets the cheque and was told she could come anytime to get the vehicle. When she arrives she's told that they were not expecting her until after 4pm. So the car was not ready. She left and returned later that day to find in the back seat to something that appeared to be gum. We didn't notice this the first 2 times we looked at the car, but they didn't see it either. She waited for them to clean it, only to find after that they were so aggressive with it that they damaged the seat. To the owner who replied to my rating, if you really are the owner. I know my opinion doesn't mean that much, I wasn't even your customer. The experience and observations I made as my sister purchased a car from you. I gave a 3 star only because of the finance guy we spoke to.

Our experience at Waverley Mitsubishi has been fantastic! Our vehicle was processed and repaired quickly. Nick was great at communicating with us and Matteo was so considerate at setting up a no contact pick up for me. Thanks to everyone at the dealership!

Very good service today. Thanks for demonstrating adherence to social distancing requirements. 2 comments: The person who books appointments, somehow missed one I had scheduled for last week at 1000. I arranged my day around it with virtual meetings etc . But when I checked the day before to confirm-could not be found. Not sure what happened there but I am quite certain I had made the booking. So I came today. I was asked if I wanted a ? complimentary wheel alignment when I booked and I said of course. I may have misunderstood but it should be crystal clear to customers that it is the wheel alignment CHECK that is complimentary. Just a small comment. I always have good service. That is why I keep buying the product. The shuttle drivers are also excellent when used in the past. October 2020 Update . I give the service staff a 5 star rating. Service Is what keep people coming back. Great shuttle with folks who remember me! Wow what a concept. Very professional. Respectful. A very great dealership. Thanks!!
