Fast and Furious Motors are very very friendly and accommodating. Eddie was very straight forward went above and beyond as per customer service in my perspective. Would definitely recommend paying them a visit in search for your next vehicle!

Very friendly and helpful staff; they treat you like a family member or friend. Good stock, very clean vehicles and the third party safety is always a plus. All around pleasant to do business with and would get my recommendation to any family member or friend!

I bought a Honda Accord 2008 from Fast & Furious (F&F) Motors and had a smooth and nice experience with them. I didn't feel pressured to buy it by their staff. Shortly after picking up the car and leaving the shop, I realized the lumbar support button at driver seat didn't work. I drove the car back on next business day and they had it fixed free of charge. I value their post-sale service and how they stand behind their sold car. From the experiences that I have had with F&F Motors so far, I will definitely think of them first when it's time for my friends or I to buy a car.

Terrible, extremely bad experience. We bought a 2nd hand from them , and they also hard sell the car warranty CA$1599 ( include claim for car rental fee , repair fee, if my car has problem) but just 3 months ( actually we didn’t drive so much during the pandemic ) , the car has problem , I call and ask what should I do , their Salesman ask me to tow to them . Then they should report to the warranty company, but they took 3days to report , it is not the serious issue. Serious issue is their follow up and break their promise. It took 1.5 month to repair my car , then they said it is fixed, they will drive to me next week. Then a week over , another week over , then they said today will drive back to me, a day over another day over, Now they said they won’t drive back to me , and ask me to drive it back. If you ask me to drive it back earlier, it’s fine , I can do that , they should not ask me to wait 3 weeks + repairing time 1.5 month (I still paying for my insurance), then said you go to drive it back . And they can get claim from warranty company $3000, they offer me a car to drive temporary , so that they can fully claim to the warranty company. ( from my point of view , they are making money from warranty company .)

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. I decided to check this place out when I was helping my significant other look for a specific vehicle and we came across their advertisement online. We contacted this dealer and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. When we got there they were not prepared for us, not only was the battery dead for the vehicle we were looking at but it had also froze and they tried convincing us it wasn't. Once we got it going and went for a road test, we decided we liked it even if it needed a battery and wanted to purchase it only to find out that there was no safety on the vehicle yet. With them, they require you to give them a non-refundable down payment in order to get a safety completed. THIS made us very uncomfortable about buying from them especially since we weren't allowed to take the vehicle to get a pre-purchase inspection completed by a reputable shop. LUCKILY I am a certified red seal technician currently serving in the automotive trade so I knew what I was looking for and they allowed me to look under the vehicle only on their property. After that, we felt confident enough about the vehicle and they followed through with paying for any repairs needed on the safety. In addition, the salesmen we were dealing with stated that the 2 years of free oil changes promo was discontinued a week prior and did not apply to this vehicle even though on their website it was posted a week prior and they also advertised it with the vehicle. Fortunately we were able to negotiate the free oil changes for a new battery and called it a day. Although we ended up with a poor salesmen that came off somewhat condescending and arrogant, I found some of the other staff to be somewhat friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don't agree on how they do business but at the end of the day through all the hassle and almost walking out on the deal, we still ended up with a great vehicle from them.
