Salesman blew me off. Flaky and fresh , I will never buy a car there. Rather walk.
I regret that I have changed my views on the transaction. It is so hard to find a decent place of business now a days, like the seller is doing you an equal favour by simply existing and accepting you hard earned money......
A week later and I still dont have everything I need to regsiter the new truck.
After waiting HOURS for the paperwork and being reminded how they were RUSHING just for me, while we waited and waited and waited.....Cant imagine what not rushing looks like, apparently they do this all the time but it seems like for us it was their first time.
I actually apologized several times for RUSHING THEM !!!! WHAT A JOKE! About 4 hours for incomplete documents.
Thank you Jean Luc and Isabelle for exceptional service. These 2 do only 2 things....make deals and chew gum, and they are all out of bubble gum due to covid. I appreciate I under estimate the gravitas of placing a new vehicle on the road legally , so thank you for putting up with a pushy customer, thankfully my dog didn't die or destroy our house in the 10 hour marathon that included 4 hours of driving. I had made the same deal where I had bought my now traded Corvette at and they renegged ( all by email ), so I was happy to have a very easy, simple negotiation. Very happy with the truck! Thank you!

One of the best places to find a GM car, the girls at the reception desk Cloe and Maude are respectful, and welcoming. You are very well taken care of as a customer and that's what is the most important thing I believe that's missing in this world these days.
