As always, great personal service. I went to renew my car insurance and look into travel insurance. Nancy was super and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and saving us a few dollars. Going back in a couple of days to get travel insurance. Thank you Nancy!

Worst customer service ever. Third visit trying to get an imported car registered and they still can't get their story straight. This was a vehicle willed from my mother to my daughter and they have no idea what they are doing. Complete waste of time. Spoke with customer service at ICBC and got the answers I needed immediately. Do not buy your insurance here. Update: Received excellent service from Caufield Village insurance. Vehicle is now registered thanks to their patience and understanding.
