I recently bought my first car at Volkswagen Grenier Mascouche. I was dreading the experience and was pleasantly surprised at my experience here. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly. The salesman, Marco, was kind, patient and understanding; he listened to all of my criteria and helped me understand a few things about buying a car that I did not know beforehand. When it was my appointment to pick up the car, I dealt with Megan. She was wonderful and made it really personal and exciting to be leaving with my first car. The finance director, Alex (he was replacing Felix) was a real gem. He made sure that I understood the entire car buying process and explained everything to me. He always made sure that if I had any questions that he could answer them to the best of his abilities. He was with me through every step of the process. The first day that I brought the car home, I got a flat tire in a construction zone. Alex ensured that everything was taken care of and my car was ready the next day. I was so impressed. The tow truck even came to my workplace to pick up my car keys. I couldn't imagine having had a smoother first car buying experience. I am so grateful to have gone here.

I bought a Used car at this dealership, the car works fine but the Customer service is difficult sometimes. I don't want to generalize, i did have a good service from the Sales perspective, and the first salesperson was great and helped me even after my purchase. However, i'll be honest it wasn't the smoothest ride the whole time in terms of service. I think they can improve that part of their business. I did have to call multiple times to get answers. I had issues with the transaction, and I wasn't happy about it, but Grenier were able to resolve it at the end so overall i'm happy I bought the car there. I hope they continu improving that area of their operations.

I had a good experience buying a 2018 Golf R from Volkswagen Grenier. They ended up changing the air filter, the front brake disks, the rear brake pads and replaced the front and rear washers for free. When I asked about some chips on the passenger side wheels, they offered to reconstruct the wheels at cost.
