Every time I bring my Toyota in for servicing I am treated with professional respect. What I really appreciate is that you are made to feel confident that you are getting the best service for your vehicle, no B.S..
Called in the morning to get information on a car. Salesman tells me he can get me a car so we set an appointment at 4.00PM. Arrived at 3.55PM and waited until 5.30PM before finally meeting the salesman. An hour and a half late. I needed a car, so no negotiations, we sign a contract for a lease and pay a 500$ deposit. It's 6.00PM by that time. 5 minutes later, salesman comes back to tell me he finally can't get the car. What a waste of time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
When buying ,,, after you sign there not there for you but the service dept. We're helpful and took time to explain everything
You'll never find a more Customer Service focused dealership. They are fantastic!!
Outstanding service, they go out of their way to make sure their clients are satisfied! There are closer dealers to my home but I will always go there for any work.
