If you want a salesman that will go the extra mile for you ask for Andrew when you arrive. Courteous, polite and although there was a discrepancy between the price advertised and what they had listed he took it to his manager and they honored it. Even after I took possession I called back to correct a few small imperfections on the body, he booked me an appointment and it was all fixed to perfection in about an hour. Very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided acquiring it.

if I could give 100 stars I would. i bought a used Honda Hrv from them and I had some issues with the car and the way the fixed the issues they were extremely professionals i was really happy with their service the sales guy name was Andrew and their directors name was Sébastien these guys are extremely nice and professional... buy with full confidence great customer service.

they'll say you got a great deal because 'they made a mistake advertising the wrong price online' where actually it's the same price everywhere else then they'll sneak in $1200 + tax extra 'preparation' fees to 'clean and fix the car' the car was still in same state and had same scratches after 2 days + warranty is overpriced QCP Quebec Consumer Protection said we should only pay advertised price + tax and manager said QCP are lying he also said 'I am already selling & losing since this car generates no profit because of our mistake' don't bother asking for a private message and make sure manager works in a drug store as it's better than selling & 'losing' this was actually fun so thank you

Never got a response to a vehicle I was inquiring about. I was told that someone would be in contact with me and there never was (more than one occasion). When I asked for a follow up; no response again. Very disappointed in expectations however very happy to not do business with that kind of business etiquette.
