Very poor customer service and I am very disappointed to have done business with RV access for the inspection of my used RV. The secretary called me to tell me that my RV was a public emergency, that everything was broken and irreparable. She said they would not touch my RV to fix it and come to pick it up. When I went back to get it, I paid my $ 200 and got the mechanic's report. The majority of the points were good or with work to be planned ... The brakes were finished, the muffler, etc ... And I expected it and I knew that I had to do some major work. I then went to another garage to do the work and in the end, my front brakes are NEW and flawless and the majority of the work will cost me between $ 1,000 and $ 1,500 for the moment. I wonder if they really did the inspection to the best of their ability. I did not feel respected at all and the secretary made me live 2 days of anxiety by thinking that my RV was good for "scrap" ... I do not recommend this place and I am extremely disappointed ...

The secretary is very friendly. However, from a technical point of view, the team was slow to order the replacement part in addition to making a bad diagnosis. More than 3 weeks later I was charged a price over 3X what we had originally discussed (unfortunately it was my wife who paid the bill and was not aware of the price). So 3 weeks and $ 2800 later, the RV still had the same problem. On the bright side, the technician showed me how to troubleshoot if the problem was repeated. On vacation I was able to restart the RV. Back at home I was able to fix the problem definitively with the help of VR repair forums and by investing $ 10. Moral of history, one is never better served than by oneself.

Has done business with them for 8 years, very good service, very conscientious and professional! Have a motorized class C 2002 ... always maintained mechanical at home ... very reliable!
