Horrible service! It’s over 10 days I’ve been calling to speak to someone in finance. They take my message but no one ever calls me back. So then I call back, and their answer is everyone is busy and they will eventually call you! Seriously!? How long does it take to return someone’s call? Unacceptable!
To be seen... we're about to buy a Micra SV for my daughter... hope they'll keep promises... reevaluation will follow!!! 2 stars for now.
Edit: Fake promises, didn't respect promises at all. Talked to them last night... now different stories. Won't came here anymore! Will go Nissan Laval. Number that the owner gave me...no answer!!!! Minus 1000 stars!
