Very unprofessional say they did an inspection on a vechuile i bought from them said everything good .. but the back break dont even work

I can honestly say that 1 star is simply too high of a rating to give for this dealership. I bought a used car from this dealership. I’m from Ontario and need to safety the vehicle, but am unable to do so because the vehicle is not safe. This dealership told me both in person and over the phone that they sold me slicks on a 4 door sedan. Slicks don’t come with any tread on them and are used on drag strip. The tires on the vehicle sold to me have little to no tread left, and with doing very little research I’ve found that these are in fact all season tires. Not slicks. No garage in Ontario let alone any garage in Canada, will safety a car with slicks. Nor will they safety a vehicle with barely any tread left on them, the metal belts are just about to start showing under the rubber of the tire. I called to address this problem with the car salesman Dan who sold me the car and was told he spoke to his manager who told him the car was safetied with slicks on it. This is not true. These people will lie right to your face, it doesn’t matter once the papers are signed. Not to mention a rear levelling sensor for the brakes was broken off. I know this isn’t a new vehicle but someone used the tires so much that I can no longer use them, there’s nothing left to be used. Please by all means avoid this money grab of a dealership, as they’re not there to make sure you leave in a safe vehicle, just there to make sure the papers get signed and the money keeps coming in. I took a warranty with these people and I already can’t imagine what it’s going to be like when something breaks on the car. Good luck.

My family went there to buy a car. The Dealership froze 300$ on the credit card to reserve the vehicule. They needed to think about it. After discussion, they have decided not to take the car they chose. But the dealership NEVER put back the money on the credit card. We realized it buy viewing our credit statement. The saler named Jean-Sebastien said:" For your reimbursement, you have to come back to the dealership. You wasted my time,I'll waste yours." THEY TOOK 300$. They didn't freeze the amount and he didn't talk about the procedures of reimbursement. They need to hire better people. Caring employees. He clearly is there only to fill his pockets.

Terrible customer service. They have no clue what they are doing. Overhead a sales women yelling at other clients. My sales person said that the clients didn't understand that a 2012 car should have rust. A whole vibe of unprofessionalism hit me as soon as I walked in the door. They had no idea I had setup and appointment to test drive a car. I found out later that the person who had texted me the confirmation is a satellite worker. Needless to say the car wasn't available. To top it off IT WAS ALREADY SOLD!...... Do not go to this dealership, you've been warned.

I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in july. Everything went well with my salesman JS. I got the truck with a few problems that dodge said they’ll will fix it and which they did half of it. My cars transmission makes a weird noise and according to the mechanics it’s perfectly normal which I have been in the car industry for a bit of years and that is not normal. I have the car for 4 months and I have been there 3 times already. The dealer just wants to make money and take advantage of their clients by making them pay their deductible. I don’t recommend this dealership at all. Terrible service . Now it’s been 4 months and my salesman doesn’t answer me. Bunch of CROOKS JUST TO MAKE THEIR COMMISSION. UNBELIEVABLE... just because I can’t make another review here’s what else happened after my review... “THE SERVICE MANAGER” called me saying he no longer wants me as a client so he cancelled my appointment for the following day. By far unacceptable. I really don’t recommend this dealership.
