Ill write this review for my Dad who is not that good with computers and never write reviews. I felt I should given I know all of my dad's cars and he's been with this garage since his 1996 Acura 3.2 TL for himself and my Mom. In short, he swears by them, their service is nothing short of rolling him the red carpet. Excellent service and customer satisfaction. As for me, I am the total opposite of my dad, I don't touch dealerships as I like my old cars. I fix them like new and drive them till I am forced to change. Only once, I was unhappy that they bought back his 2004 TL in flawless shape and low mileage for half it's value for a new one, but hey, it's a dealership, they do want to make money. If you are the type to buy new cars, it's a place that will take care of you. If you like to save money, you aren't the type to buy new cars... unless it's a lease. It's all on what you look for. Car History The cars he picked up from this garage are the following. 96 Acura 3.2TL - Stolen 2-3 years later 98 Acura 3.0CL - Driven for over 5 years and old to a friend 98 Accord V6 - Driven 7 years and sold to an old friend 2008 Acura TL Driven 4 years, exchanged for 2012 TL SH 2012 Acura TL SH exchanged for TLX 2010 Acura CSX - Driven for 7 years and exchanged for an ILX Lease

Normally the dealer is the one who is keep on calling/pushing the customer. I have an opposite experience on this dealership. I am the one who keeps on calling them to get some information on the used vehicle that I am interested in buying.
