I’m an English guy originally from a place in Ontario with very few of any French speaking people. I tried my hardest to make an appointment and speak French to the lady who answered the phone, she seemed to get frustrated with me and basically said there is no availability to make an appoint. No problem, I will spend my money elsewhere.
My father is very attentive to even the littlest things; and so was he about the about good customer service. He liked this company the first time around. The staff is always available for helping you. I can tell that if my father liked it means they really are good because my father is a very picky person. This is why I recommend it strongly.

For commercial truck, don't go there. No availability to test drive a transit and transit connect.
