Hamel BMW has excellent service! They go beyond expectations to ensure that all is done for the customer. They are professional and respectful when dealing with a transaction. Serge Provencher is very good at doing what he does. He knows his cars and is ready to answer any questions you have. If you are looking for a BMW if is worth the effort to go see this particular dealer! Christiane Grondin is very helpful kind and responded to my email during the weekend when she was NOT working. Good sales pitch!

Wrong diagnosis was given and I had to pay for their mistake. When doing a part change, the mechanic forgot to install air filter pipe.
