I purchased a new CX5 100 anniversary model in replacement of my MB. Salesperson was Yves Cousineau and F&I was Eve Bertrand. Service was excellent however, what I appreciated most was their ‘’no pressure’’ approach. Car is outstanding, fits nicely as a replacement for my MB.
Michel Turgeon from the used vehicle team was very professional. As first-time Mazda customers, we had a good number of questions. Michel Turgeon answered every one of them courteously and patiently to give us peace of mind. Planete Mazda's pricing is fair and the team is amazing. Use caution if you go here to get your car serviced outside of warranty. They wanted to charge me $600 for a part that is working perfectly.
