If you’re a Subaru enthusiast, you’re going to love the place and the staff. My wife and I upgraded to a 2018 Outback 2.5i Touring with the help of Matthieu Robitaille who made the experience ever so pleasant even staying with us more than an hour and a half after the dealership had closed and all the other employees were gone. Five stars without hesitation.
My wife and I just recently bought our 202 Subaru Forester at Subaru Rive Nord and I have to say this was the best experince I have ever had when buying a car. There was no pressure to purchase and they came to us with the best deal they could give us. On top of that they also go the extra mile to try and satisfy the customer.
I went in there to lease my very first car. I had the pleasure to deal with Praman (in sales) and Josiane (in finance) and they both were an absolute delight. Took their time to explain everything to me, and gave me the best deal they possibly could.
I 1000% recommend them both for any need at Subaru Rive-Nord.
