Auto Depot Mirabel

I went to see a car and interested in one car, the sales asked me to make 100$ réservation, which I did. The sales made everthing easy for me on that day since i am interested in buying a car. 2 days later i decided not to buy that car because of high interest rate. I emailed to the sales for the refund. NO reply at all. I called the sales, he told me i must physically present the my credit card to the store for the refund. I was told by my credit company they can process the refund by manually enter credit card info while the sales refused that way. I explained it takes 1.5 hours to drive there and if there is other solution to make refund, they dont care at all. So i am forced to drive 1.5 hour there to get my 100$ refund. I want to share my story with people who want to buy a car from this store. Think twice before making any deposit. I am sharing my story not because of any reason on the car itself or interest, BUT the way how to get refund from this store. RECCOMENTATIONS To THIS STORE OWNER: CUSTOMER WONT MIND DRIVING 1HOURS TO THE STORE TO SEE THE CAR . CUSTOMER WONT MIND MAKE ANY DEPOSIT FOR RESEVRATION AS THEY ARE INTERESTED IN THE CAR. HOWREVER, IF CUSTOMER DECIDES NOT TO BUY THE CAR, CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO GET THE REFUND OF THE PEOIST, AND THE STORE IS BETTER TO GIVE CUSTOMER THE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION TO GET THE REFUND RATHER THAN 1 HOUR DRIVING BACK TO THE STORE TO PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD. OR, BE TRANSPARENT WITH CUSTOMER AND LET CUSTOMER KNOW YOUR REFUND PROCESS ( MUST BACK TO THE STORE TO PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD TO GET THE REFUND IF NOT BUYING ) WHEN MAKING THE DEPOSIT.

Bought my car an Audi, last November with Benoit. When I came to get the car they didn't change the cracked windshield and tried to get me to take the car as is and to later come to get it fixed. Later on I found out that all my breaks needed to be changed obviously seeing that I had to buy from Audi a wheel key lock.They are very sneaky be ware!

I came see them for a trade-in with the BMW 2011 2door. The agent is so easy to talk to. Very straight forward. I just only wish they could have given me the same price like the other dealers. But, highly recommended.
