My daughter just bought her first car from them, I found that they were very honest and did not pressure her to buy, the car required a new windshield and back brakes, they got this done when they said they would. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a used car in good shape at a great price, so a big thank for the way they helped my daughter.

Spiro was very helpful from beginning to end ! I love my new Volvo runs like new and saved a ton of money. We will definitely buy again highly recommend!

Where do I start. Used car dealers have a reputation, and I understand and relate to those emotions. There's plenty to choose from, there's plenty to get screwed by. Auto Pub isn't one of them. A no pressure environment was welcome. An owner that listened and talked about how to get you what you want was equally welcome. I have respect for people that aren't trying to push you out the door without making sure you're getting your needs met. Spiros absolutely knocked it out of the park. He listened, he came up with solutions that worked, and we actually ended up buying 2 cars from him. 5 star, ill enjoy the XC90 and the XC70. Thanks!

So my experience with Auto publique Mirabel was only virtual or on the phone. After several call jus for infos, the owner, really professional, described and explained pretty well the trade I was about to get into. Now let`s be clear yeah, the pandemic right now is a mess and each and everyone is doing their possible. The consumer buying locally, being available to be reached as well as the retailers trying to fulfill the customers` needs. Myself, I work in hospitals and homeless shelters but I still try to be available to talk. Out of context, I'm renting unoccupied apartment and try being available for every call cuz it benefits both parties. So he asked me to fill an online form so someone could check my credit and grant me or not the financing of a car. I did it right after the call, but it`s been several days I have heard of them. If they don`t accept, fine, I`ll just go else where but I`m just waiting and I`m not sure I`ll keep waiting. When it`s about money or work, for me, communication should be flowing. Now, my review ain`t about their service but more about the communication because a simple; "they are processing your finance form", " I have received it" or " we can't do nothing for you" is better than leave me hanging like that (with a full voicemail). It's not to harm them btw. I mean, I don't like to leave reviews like that but, it is what it is. In addition, the car is maad pricy plus the interests oouuff :'(... I thought I wouldn't leave it like that til I get a decent service from them but not sure I'll be waiting for a response since it is difficult to have one! :)
