My wife car is only 2 and half years old, 16400km and i was worried. Though i was confident that the Kia dealership would provide me with the same positive experience I had had with Kia in the past. and from the same type as if i had take the car with them but........ NOP the ladies who said she was a Manager came out from the office because the receptionist know nothing, said the key is not under warranty because you did not buy your car in Huntingdon, and the service was close.. but she try to sell me a warranty and said it will be warranty is i do buy one..... i left and when to a Kia in MTL, fix the key and said to us it is onder warranty... so sorry but not for us.. we have 2 Kia and next time we will not go with Kia no more..
