VR St-Cyr

If you are a 1st time renter, DO NOT go here. We rented a huge RV in May knowing that due to COVID, it was probably going to be the only vacation we would get. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We gave a deposit and then, about 3 weeks before departure, we tried practically every day to reach the company to ask questions and they never answered the phone. 2 weeks before, they called finally to ask if we were still interested because they could get a thousand more for the week we rented (which should have been my 1st clue on their ethics). We said yes. When we arrived at the camper, 1/2 the equipment that was advertised was not in the camper and 1 of the beds was broken. We were not enough people that losing that bed made a difference to us but it was still part of the equipment we paid for. The website promised TVs for the kids, a DVD player, a working kitchen etc...When we saw there was no DVD player or TVs in the kids bunks, we mentioned it and the woman in charge of rental was so unpleasant and said "if you don't like it, we will cancel the rental" - after seeing 2 young kids SO excited to get out of their house after being trapped for 4 months. Whatever all the other problems we had were/are...to me, this is the most disgusting this you can do which is lie to your clients about the product and then threaten to cancel. Lots of other issues...RV was sent with the wrong connection for the sewer and water hook ups....stove didn't work (they called us and told us to throw a lit match into a propane fueled over on the inside of a camper with 2 children)...NOT CLEANED before we took possession(COVID...). Overall a very disappointing service. Totally not worth the money and they are scammers. We have already filed a complaint with Visa to be partially reimbursed. Aside from all of this...thankfully the kids had a great time outside.

Was dissapointed with the condition of the rv we visited. Lots of repairs to be done on it. Should not have been on the lot for sale

For the rental side...We liked our experience.It was clear instruction,simple return,yes I liked it alot.
