We purchased our RV from Layzee Acres in June, picked it up in July, and started 10wks of travel at the start of August. Our PDI, and orientation was non-existent, so we had to self learn, and resolve many minor items we were not expecting during travels. We made a service apointment for when our travels were over. We provided a list of 10 items in advance to investigate and resolve. We did not know what to expect as the outcome. We dropped our rig off for the agreed time, walked them through the issues, and left to spend a lovely day in Orillia. When we arrived to pick up the rig, the work was completed, and the rig was still clean. We were thoroughly happy with the service advisor (young man) we had, the level of detail he went through on the items, service that was performed, and the quality of communication we received. We purchased a 2015 passport trailer with the paint protection package which the sales department said would be redone in 5 years as part if the package.. now 5 years later we have to pay $50/foot to have it redone....don't trust the sales people at this company !!!! We have had only issues with the trailer and spend more time in warranty then should happen...these trailers are poorly designed and a waste if money !!

Purchased a Jayco RV at Layzee Acres and to be honest the value for the RV we purchased was very good. However, when we arrived for delivery I found out the ball mount advice I was give was totally incorrect. I was told 24" from ground to top of ball mount. When I arrived I was told I needed a 2 in ball mound and "ideally" 22 inches from ground to top of ball mount. Advised this was "OK" and "Safe" but I had a very worrying drive 1 hour after hooking up to my vehicle. The RV was supposed to be PDI'd but after running the water when I got it home, found a leak coming through the floor under the door side wheel well. After further research found the pipe drain from the sink wasn't even glued together. I had to fix it myself to prevent unnecessary damage. Reached out to Layzee Acres 3 times (Finance Manager and General Sales Manager). Crickets . . . Very disappointed with after sales experience. Not even an acknowledgement of my issues. I give the trailer 3 stars (only because of the obvious pipe issue) and the dealer ship 1 star for horrible post sales support.

it doesn't sound like we're talking about the same trailer dealer. We had poor service after the purchase contract was signed. We had to wait 3 weeks for the "preparation" and a short one (supposed presentation). When we took possession of the trailer (new), it had not been washed, tires lacking air and an air conditioning control was missing and so was the TV. After 21 months of the purchase of the trailer, water infiltration on the roof and the wall ... 6000. $ damage. After a rigorous maintenance of the joints on our part, we are told that there is water infiltration due to poor maintenance. It is certain that we will not recommend Go Vr. Finally it is a manufacturing defect ... to fix the roof on one side, we put one screw in two, leaving room for infiltration!
