We recently bought a Ridgeline from Spinelli. We were referred by a friend to Kenny Sousa of Spinelli to help us with our purchase. And quite frankly wow from the get go, once were were in contact with Kenny. Totally professional, courteous, and helpful. From what normally is a fairly stressful experience; dealing with and through Kenny and in fact the whole team we had the pleasure of dealing with, it was the total opposite. Courteous and super helpful. Kenny assisted us through the whole decision making process with his answers to our questions and his suggestions and explanations. The whole process with Kenny was a friendly exchange of information and answers to questions. A good example is when I had some questions concerning protecting the catalytic converter from theft. Kenny looked into it and came back, explain what would work and what would not and why. Totally impressed. The whole experience with Kenny and also with Joanie and Maud was totally professional, informative and pleasant. Meeting up with Eric when we picked up our vehicle was another plus - a friendly and extremely informative group of people.
