I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration for Spinally Toyota Lachine which has leased me a car which was return by previous owner with an accidental history but it was leased to me without disclosing any such information. Fraud 1. The history for vehicle was not disclosed Fraud 2. When some one was willing to take over my lease and passed the credit. They refused to transfer the lease. . Fraud 3: Assessment was so bad 2019 Corolla with 9800 KM assessed only $ 12000 and asked me to pay $ 7000 if I return the car. Stay away from these bunch of fraud as Toyota is unable to help in this matter Since each franchise is individually responsible. Toyota Lachine is a shame for Toyota Canada.

They gave me an appointment for a car that they did not have any left. The sale person made fun of me for asking to test drive 3 different cars when I asked for an appointment. He was rude and interrogated me to make sure I was not there to waste his time (his words).
