Was looking at a pair of Under Armour sneakers at Metropolis Metrotown store. Tried the usual size 10.5 but found it a bit loose. - Asked for size 10 and was told out of the stock. - Asked whether other store had any in stock and was informed one pair available at Richmond Center store. - Asked whether they could have Richmond Center store holding the pair for me as I could go there right after but was given a piece of paper with Richmond store phone # and product # instead. Called the store myself and got the shoes. In all, shoes are great, experience can be better if the store staff follow through and go that extra mile.

Service Centre staff was awesome! Management, please send my regards to Stefan for doing a great job! He helped me with my snowboard issue and also gave me tips about keeping it maintained properly. Thanks again Stefan!

The manager at the store Alex is the best! She went out of her way to help us out even though it was after hours and staff clearly wanted to close up. She made sure all our needs were taken care of and we left super happy!

Canadian Tire-owned retailer of sporting goods. Shared store with Atmosphere. Frequent sales, though selections are less than desired, other than also Canadian Tire-owned Helly Hansen and Woods apparels. Friendly staff on recent visit. Storefront parking.

I had bought a kids golf set for my son but after used once and the coach said is too long for him, so I called sport check and talked to one of the employee who names (Tanner) told him what's going on, he asked me to bring it back and let them have a look, at the end they measure my son's height and got exchanged for a right size which I am very appreciated. I've been visited sport check Richmond since I move there which I never had a complaint, thanks guys.
