Krusty's Bicycles/ Cap's Richmond

It closed at 6:00 pm but I arrived at 5:37 pm and had no problems getting waterproof gloves a front and rear lights and they lent me the tools to attach them to my bicycle. They locked the doors after 6:00pm because of me. Great friendly and helpful bike shop best in the lower mainland ,and I have been to amany of the bike shops here.q

Krusty's is a great bike shop. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & only too willing to help their customers. They have a really good inventory of bikes, & particularly Trek bikes. The technical staff really know their stuff, and apply it whenever they tune up or repair a bike. From my viewpoint, Krusty's can't be beat, when it comes to bikes!!! Ron Loyer

You know when you want to buy something but aren't sure if its the right thing, this is a good place to get knowledgeable help. Good selection of both cycles and everything else you may need. Colin was brilliant.

I used to love this place growing up, I've bought 2 bikes from them growing up. Recently I have been unsatisfied with their repairs and service. When I took my bike in for repair I specifically asked for a tune because my chain touches my derailleur which cause noise I paid the money received my bike back and the noise is still there I attempt to take it back to the shop for further repairs and to try and solve the problem and I got turned away because my Bike was not bought through their shop?? Like I'm paying u and giving you money and have been a long time customer and they turned me away? I realized I will never go back here again! after 20 years of being loyal and they turned me away! never ever going back instead I went to Village Bikes in Steveston and they were extremely polite and was willing to fix my bike even with a large backlog. I am giving their repair department a try and hopefully they are as good as they are also polite!

Great service! Was specifically looking for a certain bike and they had great options in my price range! A lot of bike stores don’t carry a lot under $700. They understood and explained what I was getting and had great advice. Love my new bike!
